COMPLAINTS

Dear Sir or Madam,
due to changes in the principles of conducting complaint procedures in transport and the introduction of the possibility of lodging a complaint in electronic form, we hereby give the following complaint form at your disposal.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that the rules of complaints introduced by the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction and Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation of 13th December 2017, amending the Regulation on determining the status of shipments and the complaint procedure, reserve us – as the carrier – the right to request you to provide us with original documents or certified copies within 14 days following the receipt of the complaint.
The regulation requires from us to provide you with a response within 30 days. However, in case of the need of either certified or original documents, response is due within 30 days from their completion. We shall consider complaints up to one year from the date of the event.
